Ballindalloch, a stone built holiday cottage isolated from the hubbub of life, lies in moorland on the edge of the Monadhliath mountains at South Loch Ness. Well off the beaten track completely on its own, it is a refuge from the noise of everyday and brings you close to the sounds of nature.

Ballindalloch has wonderful views all around of moor and hill and is close to Loch Mhor.
Birdwatchers will be captivated by the bird life here. The area is the breeding grounds of moorland birds and waders which come inland every spring from the coast and estuaries not far away.
During the winter large numbers of geese frequent the locality overwintering on the pastures bounding the shores of Loch Mhor and Loch Farraline. Golden Eagle, Osprey, Hen Harriers have frequently been seen from this cottage.

It is a walkers paradise, with access to the remote high country and the far reaches of the of the Monadhliath mountains a vast and little traversed mountain range, right on the doorstep.

The holiday cottage has been simply and tastefully furnished, is  comfortable and warm with a lovely log fire.  Ballindalloch is a great place to escape the hubbub of daily life, yet close enough to the city of Inverness for its shopping, theatre, cinemas and leisure facilities.

• The dining room is adjoining with views through the French doors to the garden and the hills.
• A compact kitchen provides all you need to cater for your holiday - electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine plus an outdoor washing line. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are provided.
• Toilet downstairs.
• The sunny twin bedroom is downstairs.
• Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
• Bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet.
• Although the 3 bedrooms allow flexibility, Ballindalloch will be let for a maximum of 4 people.
• The telephone accepts incoming calls only.
• The large garden has a barbecue and garden furniture.
• Electricity, logs and bed linen are included in the price.
