Raven Wing 11 is a luxury self catering apartment at the historic Fort Augustus Abbey, a magnificent building which stands at the southern end of Loch Ness. The property has 2 bedroom but sleeps 6 with the use of a sofa bed.

Fort Augustus Abbey is a magnificent building at the southern end of Loch Ness and which, until recently, was home to an order of Saint Benedictine monks. The Abbey is surrounded on three sides by the waters of the Caledonian Canal, Loch Ness and two rivers.

This 1st floor luxury apartment is newly completed and has an open plan kitchen and living space with views over the Caledonian Canal, and the glorious mountains beyond. Raven Wing 11 is an ideal retreat for those wanting to spend some quality time walking and relaxing. The Great Glen way is close by and plenty of forest and river walks available.

Located in St Benedict's Abbey Fort Augustus and dating back to 1700's, the Raven Wing sits alongside this beautiful Grade A listed building and is set amongst 20 acres of private grounds, with Loch Ness just a short stroll away. To experience Loch Ness in this tranquil and truly awe inspiring setting, just as the generations of St Benedictine monks before you must have done, will leave you with a holiday experience that you will surely remember and cherish forever.

The pretty village of Fort Augustus, which lies on the banks of the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The village itself gives you access to everything you need for the perfect holiday, including boat trips, shops, restaurants and bars. It is so relaxing to sit outside a canal side bar or cafe with a drink and watch the boats pass through the lock gates. If you want to do some sightseeing from here, Fort William (Ben Nevis) and Inverness only an hour away by car. The West coast is also only a little over an hours drive.

Please note.  Renovation work on other buildings may be in progress during your stay. As the Raven Wing itself is completely finished, you should not be inconvenienced, although this can not be guaranteed.  The prices for the apartment have been set to take the building work into consideration.
