An ideal spot to relax or to take part in the many outdoor pursuits, walking, mountain biking, fishing, golf, the Malt Whisky Trail and Ballindalloch Castle and gardens are available nearby and a short drive away you can visit the beautiful beaches of the Moray Coast.  It’s location bordering the Cairngorms National Park with all its attractions makes Weiroch Lodge a perfect base for a Wilderness Cottages holiday.

The Lodge is extremely spacious and every comfort has been considered to provide an exceptional holiday experience.  Quality furnishings, antiques, continental sized beds, pure cotton bedlinen and a very well-equipped kitchen designed for catering and entertaining.

Downstairs the welcoming kitchen is a sociable area designed for cooking and with the options to dine at the elegant dining table or open the patio doors and dine al fresco while enjoying the beautiful countryside views.  Relax in front of the wood burner in the comfortable sitting room, furnished with tweed sofas and featuring a vaulted ceiling and trompe l'oeil murals, or enjoy the stunning views from the adjacent sun room and perhaps read a book or play one of the games provided.  The master bedroom provides either a super king size bed or twin beds and has an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs there is a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite shower rooms.

(For young children: There is a good quality sofabed on the landing, and a 3ft fold-out J-bed that can be added to either of the upstairs bedrooms.)

The village of Aberlour is 6 miles away, with local shops, pubs and for those who enjoy a tasty treat, you can visit Walkers Shortbread visitor centre.
