Looking to come to Scotland and experience something a bit different, then consider one of our properties at Corrour. This 57,000 acre estate is situated eleven miles from the nearest public road and is home to numerous rivers, lochs and nine Munros. The estate really is a retreat and ideal for guests wanting to relax and enjoy a true Wilderness Cottage, surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland. 

Due to the estate’s location the property is more suited for those guests that want to explore the estate and have a true Wilderness holiday. We would suggest they are not ideal if you are wishing to have daily excursions to explore Fort William and Lochaber or neighbouring regions. Access to the properties is via a forestry road, but outwith the summer months the estate road is only suitable for guests with a 4 x 4 vehicle.

The various activities at the estate include the following, and depending on the activity a small charge may apply, hill walking, pony trekking, mountain biking, pike and trout fishing, rowing boats, canoes and clay pigeon shooting. Perhaps for the less active just relax and enjoy the peaceful location and the magnificent scenery.

Cook's Flat is located adjacent to Corrour Lodge, the property the smallest on the estate is ideal for two, perhaps as a honeymoon location or for a couple of friends. Beautifully decorated throughout the property was designed by Suzy Hoodless. The interior reflects back to the 19^th century and has featured in various home and lifestyle magazines.

The property throughout is equipped and furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture. Located all on the one level the open plan lounge and dining room is at the centre of the property, additional facilities include a master bedroom, a small single and a bathroom complete with a shower.
