Latest Changes

From July 19th, all of Scotland has come in line with Level 0 restrictions on in-house socialising.

Travel into Scotland from the rest of the UK is permitted without restriction.

The Scottish Government expects that Scotland will move out of the protection level system and the majority of restrictions will be lifted on August 9th.

Important Information About Restrictions

Level 0 Restrictions

  • Self catering holiday accommodation is open in line with Level 0 restrictions on in-house socialising:
    • Guests from within the same household (or extended household) will be able to holiday together.
    • 4 households (or extended households) can holiday together up to a maximum of 8 people. Children under 12 do not count towards this total.

Please remember that these restrictions differ from, and take precedence over, any English or other devolved Government restrictions or guidance if you are visiting Scotland.

Future & Existing Bookings

We are currently accepting bookings.

If any current or future Scottish, English or other devolved Government restrictions affect your holiday, we will offer you the options as set out below.

Please note: If your holiday is not affected by Government Covid Restrictions and you wish to transfer or cancel your booking, our standard terms and conditions will apply.

Options Offered To Those Affected By Restrictions

We are sorry that you won't be able to take your holiday as planned.

If you are affected by the changes mentioned above, we will offer you the following options:

  • You may move your booking to a later date at the same property*.
  • You may move your booking to a later date at an alternative property*.
  • We can refund your booking less a small administration fee.

*We won't charge a transfer fee. However, the transferred dates will be subject to the owner's confirmation, and unfortunately, the transfer will be subject to the relative rates for the new dates.

Our telephone answering service and email is available outside of these hours. Both are regularly monitored.

All of our availability calendars are now up to date, and you are able to book properties using the usual methods.

Please note: All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions. If new restrictions come into force, we will contact guests to discuss your options. These would include transferring you booking to an alternative date, or if you prefer, a full refund less a small administration charge.

Property Preparation

Our owners have been working hard to ensure that their properties are ready for your arrival.

Additional measures will have been taken to ensure your stay is safe. These include a risk assessment and the development of an enhanced cleaning regime for each property.

Please follow any guidance provided in the property and ensure you follow any instructions that are provided for when you leave your property at the end of your holiday.
