Please remember that Scottish restrictions may differ from, and will take precedence over, any English or other devolved Government restrictions or guidance if you are visiting Scotland.

Future & Existing Bookings

All of our availability calendars are up to date, and you are able to book properties using the usual methods.

If any current or future Scottish, English or other devolved Government restrictions affect your holiday, we will offer you the options as set out below. If new restrictions come into force, we will contact guests to discuss your options.

Please note: If your holiday is not affected by Government Covid Restrictions and you wish to transfer or cancel your booking, our standard terms and conditions will apply. All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Options Offered To Those Affected By Restrictions

We are sorry that you won't be able to take your holiday as planned.

If you are affected by the changes mentioned above, we will offer you the following options:

  • You may move your booking to a later date at the same property*.
  • You may move your booking to a later date at an alternative property*.
  • We can refund your booking less a small administration fee.

*We won't charge a transfer fee. However, the transferred dates will be subject to the owner's confirmation, and unfortunately, the transfer will be subject to the relative rates for the new dates.

Property Preparation

Our owners work hard to ensure that their properties are ready for your arrival.

Additional measures will have been taken to ensure your stay is safe. These include a risk assessment and the development of an enhanced cleaning regime for each property.

Please follow any guidance provided in the property and ensure you follow any instructions that are provided for when you leave your property at the end of your holiday.
