Everything has already been written, but not by me... In this sense: The Learag is an exceptional accomodation whose equipment, cleanliness and cosiness leave nothing to be desired. The location is very quiet, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in the morning and ending the day there with a glass of wine in the evening. At the same time, the transport links are so good that you can reach a remarkably large part of the Highlands within an hour's drive. We really appreciated the many good tips from the extremely friendly owner about places of interest and walks, but in the one week of our stay we couldn't visit and see everything that was on our bucket list. We will thus definitely be back next year!
A lovely property in a great location, really well placed to explore this beautiful area. A very comfortable place to stay, with great views and a quiet location.
LEARAG is amazing, with fabulous scenery. Beautiful decked area with seating to sit in the sun, after returning from day trips. Everything about the house was perfect. Beautiful location on the Black Isle, with most lovely villages. Definitely hope to return soon!
Perfect week away thanks to the host who provided top class accommodation and a warm welcome and to WC for connecting us for the hire.
Very pleasant stay. Cottage was superb, very clean, very tidy, all that one needs is available. The owners have excellent advice on trails to walk and events in the neighbourhood. A pity we had to leave..... 5 Stars, definately.
A beautiful, well equipped house, set in peaceful fields with views of the hills. Wide verandas from which to see the sunrise and sunset. A perfect spot from which to visit the lovely Black Isle and beyond. Friendly, helpful owners made Learag a delightful holiday home to visit.
